No money bag politics in T: Harish

Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao today accused Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu of indulging in politics of money bags to buy MLAs.

Talking to reporters at Medak, the minister alleged that Chandrababu lost control on his mind ever since his involvement was exposed in the much infamous cash for vote episode. He flayed that Naidu was noted for encouraging corruption and Revanth Reddy episode of buying a nominated MLA Stephenson is one such classic example. Even after the exposure, the Telugu Desam leaders were indulging in loose talk, he charged. The minister said that the TRS Government will not tolerate scams being encouraged by Naidu Government in Telangana State. Naidu should abstain from attributing the issue to that of two Telugu States, he suggested.

The people of the region are not ready to believe in Naidu as he is continuing to dump them, Harish said. Chandrababu Naidu who is claiming to be the representative of five crores of people, is just trying to create skirmishes among them in this regard, he alleged. Andhra people in Hyderabad are making a comfortable living and not ready to fall a prey to Chandrababu’s conspiracies, he added.(NSS)
