New Delhi, March 12: Amidst reports of involvement of some of its crew members in an alleged flesh trade racket run by a “godman”, British Airways today said none of its employees was associated with it.
“Recent media reports have suggested that the stewardess involved in an alleged scandal in Delhi was a member of British Airways’ cabin crew.
We were very concerned with these allegations and ran a detailed internal investigation to find out if there is any connection of the accused with the airline. We can confirm that no member of our cabin crew is associated with the group,” a spokesperson of the airline said in a statement.
There were reports that some airline crew were involved in a prostitution racket run by a self-styled godman who was arrested in the national capital.
