Home Minister Naini Narasimha Reddy stated that the Telangana Government would take concrete steps to ensure maintenance of law and order in Telangana State.
Speaking after inaugurating Indira Karan Police Station in Sangareddy of Medak district here on Tuesday, the Home Minister said that no leniency would be tolerated on issues concerning law and order in the State. He said all measures were being taken to ensure peace and order in the society. He informed that the Telangana police has taken several initiatives as part of Friendly Policing to resolve the problems being faced by the people. He hoped that such initiatives would improve the relationship between the police and public.
Sangareddy MLA Chintala Prabhakar and MLC Ramulu were also present on the occasion. (INN)
