No coalition with MIM in future: Digvijay Singh declares in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: General Secretary of AICC and Incharge of Telangana Congress, Mr. Digvijay Singh told that there will be no political coalition or compromise with MIM in the future. He expressed his anxiety over RSS propagator, Modi assuming charge as PM. He further told that the reverse counting of TRS had already begun.

He was addressing a gathering of Muslim leaders of Congress in Telangana. Mr. Mohammed Khaja Fakruddin, President of Minorities Cell of Telangana Congress presided over the meeting. Present on this occasion were Capt. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Congress President, Mr. Mohammed Ali Shabbir, Mr. M. Vikramarak, working president of Congress, Mr. RC Kistaiah, Mr. Mohammed Sirajuddin, former President of Minorities Cell of Congress, Mr. Mohammed Maqsood Ahmed, Mr. Syed Azmatullah Husaini, Ms. Uzma Shakir and others.

Mr. Mohammed Ali Shabbir told that Congress is the only secular party in India. He also told that Congress had provided 4% reservation to Muslims which benefitted lakhs of persons.

Mr. Mohammed Sirajuddin advised the Congress Party to take the support of all. He told to nominate Muslims leaders from old city for next elections.

Mr. Syed Azmathullah Husaini advised the workers to work at grass-root level and also suggested that Congress should promote Muslim leadership. Mr. Mohammed Wajid Husain suggested to setup an RTA Cell in Gandhi Bjhavan and to commission reports of the failures of the present Govt. to be sent to AICC. Mr. Sameer Ahmed apprised the party leaders of organizing hunger strike at Nizamabad recently to muster support for 12% reservation for Muslims.
