Telangana Congress Party Affairs in-charge RC Kuntia made it clear that there was no change in the TPCC president and the news coming in regard to his position was untruth.
Speaking to the media after meeting with AICC Chief Rahul Gandhi here on Saturday, Kuntia said that the party will go to election under the leadership of Uttam Kumar Reddy in the Telangana state. He said that the party leaders have to lodge complaints if any internal rubbles to the party high command or to Rahul Gandhi if serious. He warned the leaders saying that action will taken if anyone makes statements before the media.
Reacting on the leaders leaving the party, Kuntia said that nobody can stop them if they decided to leave the party. He said that the Congress party’s vote bank increased 10 percent more when compared with 2014 elections. The latest surveys were in favour of Congress party and informed that 40 constituencies each to the newly appointed secretary in-charges.
TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy informed that Rahul Gandhi directed him to be ready for the elections whenever they may be come. He said that they will divide 119 constituencies as three sections and convene meetings with the party cadre. (NSS)
