Amount was not released to even a single applicant of Shadi Mubarak Scheme for the past one and a half month. Telangana government’s treasury is responsible for this situation which is delaying inclusion of Shadi Mubarak scheme under Green Chancel despite instructed by Finance Department.
Special Secretary Minority Welfare Syed Omer Jaleel told that Finance Department issued written direction to the treasury twice asking to restore Shadi Mubarak Scheme under Green Channel. Government had announced to include the scheme in Green Channel for this financial year too. Due to laxity and wilfulness of Treasury Department amount was not issued to 2335 sanctioned applications.
