Warangal, May 02: BJP state president G Kishan Reddy on Sunday reiterated that there was no question of any alliance with YSR Congress as was being speculated in political circles. He said the Congress and TDP leaders were propagating this for political gains at the byelections in Kadapa and Pulivendula.
Kishan Reddy, who was here to unveil Swamy Vivekananda’s statue at Vangapahad village of Hasanparthy on Sunday, took pot shots at the central and state governments. He said that the wrong economic policies and anti-people attitude of the UPA government resulted in rise in prices of all essential commodities.
Referring to the law and order situation, he said it had gone from bad to worse in the last six years and the state was no exception. He however, refused to comment on the attack on MIM leader Akbaruddin Owaisi on Saturday. “I condemn the attempt on his life”, he said.
