Nizamabad: The sudden drastic fall in chicken price to Rs 100-140/kg in Nizamabad due to drop in poultry business has benefitted parties and functions that are organized in Nizamabad, Armoor, Bodhan and Kamareddy towns with almost everyone making chicken dishes.
Naveen, a teacher from Nizamabad said that they provided chicken dishes in their function on Sunday. “Decrease in chicken prices helped us to go for different non-vegetarian dishes,” he said.
Adding that they usually provide country chicken in their occasions but this drop in price helped them make other dishes using this chicken.
