Nawab Najaf Ali Khan who is one of the grandsons of the VII Nizam of Hyderabad, Nawab Mir Osman Ali Khan, President of of Nizam Family Welfare Association made an objection that the amount pertaining to Nizam’s Jewellery Trust is being distributed despite the matter being sub judice.
It may be mentioned that Rs 80 lakh was distributed so far. A case was filed in City Civil Court in 2010 which reserved the order.
Mr. Asif Pasha, trustee of HEH the Nizam’s Supplemental Jewellery Tryst (HEHNSJT) said that the trust will distribute this money to the beneficiaries as court has not passed an order to withhold distribution. He further said that some persons are creating problems.
