Nine injured in Chinese chemical plant explosion

Hong Kong: An explosion at a chemical plant in China’s eastern Shandong Province has injured at least nine people.

According to reports, the incident took place in the city of Zibo.

The People’s Daily of China said a warehouse at the Runxing chemical plant had experienced an explosion. Earlier this month, 121 people were killed in Tianjin explosions. Hundreds were injured and 54 remain missing.
