London, Aug 30 : Formula One great Niki Lauda has described Lewis Hamilton as ‘unbeatable’, saying that the reigning world champion looks certain to lift his third title if he doesn’t make mistakes in the next couple of races.
The 30-year-old Mercedes star extended his lead in the drivers’ championship table to 28 points after claiming another flawless win at the Belgian Grand Prix last Sunday.
Reflecting on Hamilton’s form, triple champion Lauda said that it was impossible to beat the Briton at the moment, pointing that it was an incredible performance in practice (Belgian) and outstanding performance in the race, the Mirror reported.
According to Lauda, Nico Rosberg would find it hard to keep pace with his Mercedes team mate Hamilton if the latter doesn’t commit too much mistakes in the upcoming races.
The Italian Grand Prix will take place next week in Monza. (ANI)
