Hyderabad, March 31: Sania Mirza to marry Shoaib Malik, nikah in Hyderabad, walima in Lahore. Indian tennis sensation twenty years old Sania Mirza is soon going to be possessed by Pakistani star cricketer Shoib Malik. The two reportedly dated for the last three months since they first met in Australia earlier this year.
The reports suggest that the two moved fast to get their marriage be performed as soon as possible.
Sania is ecstatic and told media persons that it was going to be the biggest day of her life. For every girl in a conservative society like India, her marriage is always the biggest occasion of her life, but there are many disappointments with her marrying a Pakistani national.
Besides general Indian population, a number of people from her own community have a feeling that Mirza family has let down the community by allowing her to marry a Pakistani cricketers.
In the meatime Sania Mirza and her family members have got visa to travel to Pakistan where the groom family is going to host dawate walima or marriage party.
Nikar or marriage will be solemnized in her home town Hyderabad. Right now Hyderabad is under the grip of communal riots between two dominant communities of the town. But everyone is sure that within a day or two, this communal tension will be resolved.
The nikah ceremony is expected to be held in Hyderabad on 11th of April, while walima will be held on 16th.
The usual walima is held the next day after marriage, but in this case it was necessitated due to logistic problem.
Shoib Malik is known as a woman’s man. He was in news for marrying a Muslim girl from this very Hyderabad from where Sania Mirza belongs and dumping her.
He also reportedly dates an Indian Bollywood starlet before reportedly dumping her too.
Sania and Shoib are expected to settle down in Dubai after their marriage.
