| Ayurveda Medical Officer –> | BAMS from recognized University or Statutory State Board and Enrolment on State Register or Central Register of Ayurveda. |
| ANM –> | (1) Matriculation / 10+2 examination with science or its equivalent. (2) Should possess diploma in Multi Purpose Health worker (Female) / ANM. (3) Should be registered as Multipurpose Health Worker (Female) / ANM with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council. |
| Staff Nurse –> | Diploma in GNM, Registered with Punjab Nursing Registration Council (OR) B.Sc Nursing, Registered with Punjab Nursing Registration Council. |
| Pharmacist –> | Bachelors of Pharmacy/ Diploma in Pharmacy. |
| Lab Technician –> | Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT). |
