New Zealand: Number of visa applicants increased after Christchurch attack

Wellington: Following terrorist attack on mosques in New Zealand, the number of visa aspirants has increased. According to the association for immigrants, New Zealand, as compared to 10 days before the terrorist attack which occurred on March 15, the number of aspirants aspiring to visit New Zealand has increased following the attack.

An Urdu newspaper with reference to UNI reported that Assistant Director Peter Almas has to say that the number of visa applicants 10 days before the attack was 8844. The maximum number of applicants are from US which was 674 before the attack and has reached to 1165 after it.
