Urdu is playing its role of society reformation, new generation needs to be brought closer to Urdu so that they fulfil their responsibility towards nation and community. These views were expressed by elders who arrived from Canada, Masqat and Dubai. They were addressing the annual meeting of Mahfil-e-Khawateen held here at Urdu Hall Himayat Nagar on December 18.
Dr. Syed Mustafa Kamal, Prof. Ashraf Rafi, Prof. Fatima Parveen, Mr. Khaja Kamaluddin and Canadian guests Mr. Syed Basheer Baig, president Hyderabad Association Canada were the chief guests. Prof. Habeeb Zia and Mrs. Azizunnisa Saba welcomed the guests.
