Job Description
We are currently looking for an In-House Network Admin who can work at our off-shore office in Hyderabad, India as per US EST overlap timings.
Roles and Requirements:
Maintaining uptime of all software and hardware
Troubleshooting issues related to all hardware and software
Maintenance of anti – virus and ensuring that the anti – virus patches are regularly updated
Responsible for installing, configuring computer or any hardware systems and applications.
Responsible for smooth running of computer systems, printers,
Networks by monitoring updating and maintaining different software.
Prioritising and managing open cases within agreed time limits.
Managing internet services
Managing and maintaining passive networking
Diagnosing and solving hardware or software related faults
Updating network applications if required
Maintaining data back-up of the entire end users of all crucial departments
Working with vendors to resolve hardware/software operating system issues.
Performing primary network system administration on network servers as needed.
Performing daily monitoring and management of back up data.
Be an escalation point for all back up and storage issues
Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software.
Providing technical support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports to the end user.
Core competencies in:
Demonstrated knowledge of network performance, network administration and troubleshooting techniques.
DNS
WINS
MS Exchange
Patch Management
Hardware Knowledge of Dell Sonic-wall Firewall
Networking NAT PAT LDAP etc.
Must have knowledge of:
Routing
Demonstrated knowledge of network related hardware and software (including routers, switches, TCP/IP, Ethernet, VPNs, Firewalls, etc.).
VMware
Mail Filtering
Windows
Server
Certification in CCNA is a plus
Demonstrated understanding of security issues and implications to network solutions
Strong written and communication skill

Working Hours: Work as per US East 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM .
