‘Netru, Indru, Naalai’ is not Hindi, for those who walked out of AR Rahman’s UK concert

Wembley (UK): AR Rahman fans came out on Twitter from his concert in Wembley on July 8. Hindi speakers were disappointed when they did not get to hear any Hindi songs. While on the other hand, Tamil fans criticised their ignorance.

Well, when AR Rahman’s Hindi speaking fans considered ‘Netru, Indru, Naalai’ (yesterday, today, tomorrow) concert to be in Hindi, the Tamil fans argued and said did North Indians think it was Spanish.

Some Hindi speakers even demanded a refund as they had to sit through Tamil songs. Because they couldn’t understand it. May be they had forgotten that concert’s name was in Tamil and AR Rahman is Tamil. He has a title of ‘The Mozart of Madras’ not Mumbai.

This is how Twitterati responded to each other:
