Nepali Congress chief Deuba nominates three members to Central Working Committee

Kathmandu : Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has nominated three members to the party’s Central Working Committee (CWC).

According to Nepali Congress chief secretary Krishna Poudel, Deuba appointed Kishor Singh Rathor, of Baridya district, Keshav Kumar Budhathoki of Jhapa district, and Shyam Kumar Ghimire, of Mahottari, reports the Kathmandu Post.

The 13th General Convention of the party had elected 64 members for the 85-member working committee including the party office bearers and the party statute requires its chief to nominate 21 persons to give a full shape to the 85-member body.

Deuba had earlier, nominated seven members to the Central Working Committee. He is yet to appoint eleven Central Working Committee members. (ANI)
