Mumbai, August 21: Nepalese Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal today described his ongoing visit to India as “most successful”.
The visit would give a major impetus to trade and business relations between the two countries, Nepal was quoted as saying in a release issued by the Raj Bhavan here tonight.
Nepal observed that an “enormous goodwill” has been created between the two neighbours and described his visit to India as “most successful”.
Maharashtra Governor S C Jamir hosted a dinner in honour of the visiting dignitary and the accompanying ministerial delegation. Chief Minister Ashok Chavan and his deputy Chhagan Bhujbal among others were present on the occasion.
Earlier in the day, Nepal visited the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in South Mumbai.
