Need to raise standard of education: Zahid Ali Khan

Mr. Zahid Ali Khan, Editor Siasat while addressing a gathering of award winners of MS – Siasat Talent Search Test held at Mahboob Hussain Jigar Hall told that there is a need to enhance the standard of education. The 14th function of award distribution was held yesterday. Continuing his speech, Mr. Zahid Ali Khan told that in the name of modern education children are being over-burdened with books.

If we review the standard of education at international level also there is a need to alter the present system of education. He expressed his best wishes for the future of the Muslim students. He also said that our students are inculcating competitive spirit. Quoting the past situation, he said that the newspaper and tea used to cost only 12 paise. In the present situation, educational fees has increased enormously.

He advised MS Education Academy to give free admission to the candidates who secure more than 90% marks. Mr. Mohammed Lateef Khan, Director MS Education Academy told the students to have high aims and keep an eye always on the future. He said that students should formulate long term plans about their education so that they could offer their best services to society. He thanked parents that due to their efforts, students excelled in their educational endeavor.

Mr. Anwar Ahmed, Director MS Education Academy highlighted the efforts made by MSA to increase the standard of education of the students. He also gave the details of SSC Model Papers, Career Guidance and other educational activities. He gave a report that 15,500 students attended Talent Search Test, out of which 73 students were given awards. Three top rankers were given Laptop, DTP Computer and Laptop.

Mr. Mohammed Moazzam Hussain, Director of MS Education Academy told that every possible effort is being made to enhance the standard of education the Muslim students. He told that in addition to three top rankers, other candidates are being given scientific calculators. Urdu medium toppers were also given special gifts. 25 students from the city got prizes. All the awardees were given gold medals and best wishes for their future were expressed for their future there top rankers were offered free education and other candidates have been offered 50% concession in fees.
