EMEA IT Support Developer – CRM
Role Summary
The primary objective of this position will be to ensure EMEA IT DevOps team is able to provide adequate technical support to the business relating to CLIENTSs MS Dynamics CRM implementation as well as other key products. This team will be based in either Warsaw, Poland or Madrid, Spain and will play an important role in ensuring CLIENTSs key products are running effectively and releases are well managed.
This role focuses on providing exceptional client support services remotely through telephone, email and internet. All issues received from clients must be resolved timeously and professionally.

Responsibilities:
HANDLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ISSUES
o Troubleshoots technical queries/ issues via email, telephone, forum and remote support sessions by using all available resources to research solutions to queries.
o Deploys fixes as needed to resolve technical product issues
DOCUMENTATION
o Creates knowledge base articles using a standardized template.
o Creates and maintains all documentation relating to support process and procedures.
MANAGES CLIENT / EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
o Ensuring business SLAs are achieved and service quality and client expectations are met or exceeded.
CHANGE AND RELEASE MANAGEMENT
o Manage code promotions for all major CLIENTS applications via agreed Release
o Management process and Change Advisory Board.
MONITORING AND REPORTING
o Monitor product environments for performance and efficiency
o Provide statistics to management on status of support traffic
SUPPORTS EMEA PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TEAM
o Where possible, provides development capacity to EMEA Product Development team

EXPERIENCE:
2-5 years telephonic/ remote user support experience
Commercial/ corporate experience in resolving user and technical queries.
3+ years MS Dynamics CRM development experience
Must have at least 3 years of CRM development experience
Must have end to end project experience on CRM 2013 or later.
