Need to keep vigil on communal policemen

Budget allocated for Minorities is a testimony of its being Minorities friendly. Govt. should keep strict vigil on the communal minded policemen so that the Govt. doesn’t have to face difficulties. Mr. Farooq Hussain MLC expressed these thoughts in A.P. Legislative Council yesterday.

He told that A.P. is the first state which paid compensation to innocent Muslim youths. He said that the enhancement, the CM has made in Minorities budget is laudable. Govt. should allot 10% houses in urban areas and 20% houses in rural areas to Minorities. In addition to budget enhancement, thousands of Muslim students are being benefited by 4% reservation scheme which has been extended for another 10 years. He welcomed the proposal to establish commissionarate for Minorities Welfare Dept. He stressed the need to implement 15 point programme of PM of India.
