Islam has all the virtues concealed in it; the only thing is we need to discover that. Yoga is also a form of exercise but Namaz contains all the principles of health. As a student works hard to attain success so one should prepare a time table for being healthy and one should adopt time management. Namaz has been made compulsory for Muslims 5 times daily which is also a form of exercise and has health benefits. These views were expressed by Mr. Amer Ali Khan news editor Siasat, while addressing the inaugural function of Yoga training camp conducted at Mahboob Husain Jigar Hall Siasat premises.
He further told that a natural chemical is applied thrice in 24 hours to keep the mind quick and body active. Similarly if anyone offers namaz in masjid five times daily he will remain active and healthy. It is good for the world and also for the Hereafter. Islam is a complete system of life with Namaz working as a time table for Muslims but we do not follow any system, neither in eating nor in sleeping hence it affects our health.
