The efforts of CBI for the eradication of corruption are laudable because there were complaints that the evil of corruption had made its strong footings in politicians, bureaucrats and also in judiciary. The present incident of the CBI’s first additional sessions judge Mr. Pattabhirama Rao who got Rs. 10 crore as corruption easily was condemned.
Senior leaders of INSAF organization Mr. Syed Aliuddin Ahmed, Mr. Mir Maqsood Ali, Mr. Syed Ameer, Mr. Mohammed Amjad and Mr, Syed Hameeduddin Ahmed Mahmood have complained that the time has come when we have to be vigilant about the judges also.
Majority of the country believe in the impartiality of the judges but some judges are corrupt. There is a need for all the political parties to be vigilant about the judges.
