Age Limit: Not more than 65 Years for Assistant Manager; 55 Years for Group General Manager, Sr.DGM; 50 Years for DGM; 45 Years for Manager.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
Assistant Manager (Civil) -> Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Should have minimum 20 years experience.
GGM Civil (Design) -> Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 20 years experience in relevant field.
AGM / Sr. DGM / DGM – Design -> Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 12 or 10 or 08 years experience for AGM, Senior DGM and DGM respectively.
Assistant Manager / S&T -> Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering or Diploma in Electronics Engineering with 10 years experience.
Engineering Associate-I or Engineering Associate-II (S&T) -> Diploma in Electronics or related discipline with minimum 05 or 03 years experience.
Junior Engineer-I / Survey (Civil) –> 10th Class and 02 Years ITI Certificate in Surveying with minimum 05 years surveying experience.
Sr. DGM / DGM / Manager – Civil / Electrical / S&T -> (1) Bachelor Degree in Civil / Electrical / S&T Engineering or equivalent (OR) Diploma in Civil / Electrical / S&T Engineering or equivalent. (2) Minimum 10 or 08 or 06 years experience for Senior DGM, DGM and Manager respectively.
