Kathmandu : Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has urged all the democrats for staying united as there was threat to democracy in the country.
Deuba claimed that the incumbent government failed to implement the new Constitution through harmony and agreement among the political parties.
The government ignored the largest party (Nepali Congress) in the Parliament, but his party would deal with that and work out to save the democracy.
He was speaking at a programme organised to mark the 22th anniversary of Prajatantrik Vichar Samaj.
A book published in memorial of former Prime Minister and Nepali Congress leader Krishna Prasad Bhattarai was also launched on the occasion.(ANI)
