Former Asia Junior No 1 Nayanika Reddy advanced to the quarterfinals of both the singles and doubles in the second Grade 4 of International Tennis Federation (ITF) Tournament being played at Harare today. In the singles pre-quarterfinals, the Hyderabad teenager defeated Liniques Theron of Namibia in straight sets, according to information received here. Nayanika took the first set at 6-4 while she was in better form in the second set, which she won rather easily at 6-2. Later, partnering Spurthi Shivalingaiah, she entered the quarterfinals by blanking the Zimbabwe pair of Nicole Dumbujena/Tanyana Magonya 6-0, 6-0.
