Hyderabad: Deputy Chief Minister Mahamood Ali and Home Minister Nayani Narsimha Reddy today conducted a whirlwind campaign in Warangal city for the civic body elections.
Speaking on the occasion, they said the welfare schemes and developmental programs will catapult the ruling party to power in the civic body. Reddy said the TRS will clinch Mayoral seat by winning all the 58 seats in the elections. He exhorted the people to believe in the ruling party for putting their city on growth trajectory. Taking a cue from Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, the Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister are camping in Warangal city and trying their best to woo the voters. The Home Minister said the people are always in support of the ruling party for delivering fruits of development so far. Since 18 month-rule of the TRS, the State government has kept its promises and the people are happy at the welfare schemes, Narsimha Reddy averred. The TRS government will surely develop the city if voted to power, he said and assured the people of better civic amenities and infrastructure. He said the people should vote the TRS for resolving all the issues. (NSS)
