Home Minister Nayani Narsimha Reddy today launched official website of the Fire Services department here.
Speaking on the occasion, Nayani appealed to the companies and big buildings to adopt modern methods and system to prevent fire accidents. He also said the website comprises information related to multi-storied buildings, which should follow fire safety measures. He appealed to the owners of multi-storied villas to take all precautionary measures to prevent fire accidents and loss of assets and workers and staff.
“It is good to see that the Fire Services department will reach out to the people in easy way. The State government has provided modern equipment to prevent fire accidents. The department is now equipped with adequate machinery to discharge its duties in a speedy manner”, the Home Minister noted. Permissions through e-seva will be offered to get modern system, he added.
