Raipur, July 04: Naxals today blew up a bridge on a national highway in Chhattisgarh’s Bastar district, police said.
The extremists blew up a small bridge on the national highway, connecting Chhattisgarh with Andhra Pradesh, near Tongpal valley, Bastar SP Sundaraj P said.
Traffic on the highway was affected following the blast, however, there was no report of any casualty, he said, adding that the bridge repair work is on.
