Hyderabad: To pay tribute to the famous personality of Deccan Nawab Shah Aalam Khan, a memorial mushaira is being organised on Saturday, February 16, 2019, at 7 pm, at Anwarul Uloom College, Mallepally.
The mushaira will be presided over by Justice Bilal Nazki. Poet Munawwar Rana will not be able to attend the mushaira as doctors have not given him permission.
Noted poet of Dubai Syed Sarosh Asif will be in Hyderabad for the first time.
Wasim Barelvi, Nawaz Deobandi, Manzar Bhopali, Lata Haya, Popular Meerathi, Iqbal Ashhar, Ana Dehlvi, Abbas Tabish and others will enthral the audience with their poetry.
The patron of the mushaira Nawab Mahboob Aalam Khan has requested Urdu lovers to attend the mushaira in large numbers.
