National Seminar on Muslim Reservation at MANUU

The Centre for the Study of Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy of Moulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) here is organizing a two-day national seminar on ‘Reservation for Muslims: A step towards inclusive development’ from March 19 at the University Campus.

The seminar will discuss whether Muslim reservation should be 4.5 per cent or it should be based on the population as suggested by the Samajwadi Party in UP, a release from MANUU said here today. Mr P S Krishnan, Formerly Advisor to Government of Andhra Pradesh, B.C. Welfare, will inaugurate and Prof Faizan Mustafa, Vice Chacellor National Law University Orissa will give key note address, the release added. UNI
