Major and Medium Irrigation Minister P Sudardhan Reddy on Thursday informed the State Legislative Assembly that the State Government has sent the proposals to identify Pranahita-Chevella Project as National Project.
In his reply to a question raised by TRS MLA T Harish Rao and others, the minister said that the proposals have been furnished to the Union Ministry of Water Resources. The target year for the completion of the project is 2018-2019, he said. (INN)
