The Member Secretary (District & Sessions Judge), Telangana State Legal Services Authority has informed that “the National Lok Adalat” will be organized on July 8 as per the directions of Justice Dipak Misra, Judge, Supreme Court of India and Executive Chairman, National Legal Services Authority.
The Member Secretary further explained that, in this Lok Adalat all pending Civil and Compoundable Criminal Cases and also Pre-Litigation cases would be taken up for settlement once for all without any expenditure. The parties who have settled their pending cases before the above Lok Adalat will get back the Court Fee paid by them. He requested the litigant public to make use of this opportunity to settle their cases in the National Lok Adalat. (INN)
