Narsingi farm house dacoity case, eight arrested

The CCS Kukatpally police cracked Dacoity case of Gandipet, which occurred at a farm house under the limits of Narsingi police station on October 10 morning hours.

According to police, the 11-member gang led by V Naga Sheshu (23) Resident of Shamshabad, Native of Machilipatnam, with no previous criminal background barged the farm house and robbed watchman and his wife, after injuring them. They used monkey caps, hand gloves, hammer, small knives and iron cutter for the dacoity.

Naga Sheshu, who is a cook had once visited the farm house and observed a locker inside the farmhouse. Since then, he hatched a plan to break open the locker and rob the valuables inside. “This gang struck the farm house, with the intention of breaking open the locker, but it was too strong. They also tried to lift it, which was too heavy. In their frustration they left with old woman’s jewellery and some cash,” said C V Anand Commissioner Cyberabad.
