Leader of the Opposition in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council C Ramchandraiah on Monday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of encouraging divisive politics in the country.
Speaking to media persons after paying tributes for Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his death anniversary at Indira Bhavan here, Ramchandraiah alleged that Modi has been supporting various outfits affiliated with the RSS who are openly creating communal hatred across the country. While Sardar Patel united the country, Modi, who claims to be his biggest follower, is trying to divide the nation. He said that actions of BJP Government were against the spirit of democracy and secularism.
Ramchandraiah demanded that Modi stop encouraging communal politics in the country. (INN)
