Tirupati: Alleging that the Election Commission was behaving like a sycophant of BJP, CPI leader Dr K Narayana has said the Election Commission recommended disqualifying AAP MLAs only to please Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He said there were many MLAs in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States liable to be disqualified as they changed loyalties to other political parties. He demanded that the Election Commission initiate action against the MLAs, who have changed their political parties immediately.
Narayana also alleged that the CBI was behaving like a pet dog in the hands of the Centre. He ridiculed Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for stating that he would go to Court on bifurcation assurances against the Centre. He predicted that YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy would go to jail if the latter entered into alliance with the Communist parties. (NSS)
