ESL Narasimhan will take oath as Governor with additional charge for Telangana State on June 2, according to information. He is likely to take oath as the Governor (additional charge) by High Court Chief Justice Kalyan Jyothi Sengupta at Raj Bhavan on the Appointed Day at about 6.30 am.
It may be noted that President Pranab Mukherjee recently appointed Narasimhan with additional charge as Governor of Telangana State. TRS Chief KCR will take oath as new Chief Minister of Telangana at 8.15 am. Arrangements are being made for swearing ceremonies of the Governor as well chief minister.
T GAZETTE RELEASED
The Gazette for Telangana State was released here today, which will be effective from the Appointed Day June 2. It Comprises the words ‘Government of Telangana’ in three languages of Telugu, Urdu and English. The State Emblem mainly adorns pictures of symbol of three-lions, historical Charminar and the Kakatiya Arch at Warangal. (NSS)
