YSRCP SC CELL president Nalla Suryaprakash today asked Chief Minister in waiting for Andhra Pradesh Nara Chandrababu Naidu to re-consider on the selection and appointment of new DGP for the State.
Talking to the media, Nalla Suryaprakash questioned the appointment of J V Ramudu as new Director General of Police of Andhra Pradesh, who belongs to the same caste of Chandrababu Naidu. “What is the reason for keeping away B. Prasada Rao, who is presently DGP of Andhra Pradesh?” he asked and said it would be better if Chandrababu Naidu re-consider his decision. (NSS)
