The Nanakramguda Plot Owners Association president Kadiyala Rajendra has alleged the State government had forcibly acquired their lands for a Golf Court, and caused severe injustice to them.
The association president, along with other plot owners, today submitted a memorandum to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Joint Director Lakshminarayana seeking an in-depth investigation in to the matter. In the memorandum, they urged the CBI to enquire into the irregularities and violation of rule by the earlier government in acquiring their lands.
On the other hand, Emmar MGF representatives from New Delhi appeared before the CBI in the case. (NSS)
