NaMo, KCR Experts in Taking U-Turns–Digvijay

Alleging that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao were experts in taking U-tunrs, AICC general secretary in-charge of Telangana state Congress party affairs Digvijay Singh has said that KCR has not fulfilled a single assurance he made during general elections.

Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Wednesday after PCC Coordination Committee meeting, Digvijay Singh alleged that the two Chief Ministers– KCR and N Chandrababu Naidu–, who fought each other, were praising each other now. Praising his party leaders for not joining TRS party though it tried to lure them with all possible ways, Digvijay said that Congress party will field its candidates in all seats in the GHMC elections by completing the selection of party candidates by January 17.

Stating that the Congress party has information that the under world don Dawood Ibrahim attended the marriage of Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s grand daughter, Digvijay Singh said that he was getting doubts on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who attended the same marriage. He said that it was atrocious that the attack on Patankot took place immediately after the Prime Minister’s tour to Pakistan. He also said that the Punjab government’s opposition on conducting NIA inquiry was inviting several doubts and alleged that Salvinder Singh was extending support to the smugglers. He demanded the Central government to order a comprehensive inquiry into the total episode.

Finding fault with the Prime Minister, who allegedly failed to concentrate on Nithin Gadkari’s irregularities, Digvijay asked Gadkari to tell as to how he could finalise Rs.10,000 crores contract without tenders. (NSS)
