Expressing concern over the commercialisation of education, Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik today said the education system?in the country has deviated from imparting value-based teachings.
He was delivering his views as a chief guest at the ‘Mahamana Malaviya Jayanti Mahotsav’ at Banaras Hindu University here.
“It’s unfortunate that the education system in the country these days has become more commercialised and is deviated from imparting the value-based education focused on character building of students,” he said.
