Auspicious time to lay foundation stone for the proposed new capital of the residuary Andhra Pradesh State has been finalized as June 6 at 8.49 am.
Chief advisor to AP government Parakala Prabhakar here on Monday announced that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will lay the foundation stone at Amaravathi, the AP’s new capital on June 6 at 8:49 am. Speaking about Godavari Pushkarams, Parakala said the State government named it as “Maha Pushkaram”. President Pranab Mukherji, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Ministers of all States are invited.
After reviewing 198 logos, an official logo was finalized and launched. It will be used in every government advertisement related to Godavari Pushkarams. An estimated 3.5 crore devotees will have a holy dip in the Godavari river. (NSS)
