Naidu promises Islamic bank on TDP assuming power

Incase TDP assumes power in the next elections, it will allocate Rs.25, 000 crore and provide 8% reservations to the Muslims.

Mr. Chandrababu Naidu made these promises while addressing a gathering at Gadwal yesterday during his padyatra.

He told that people in rural areas are facing a lot of inconvenience due to lack of drinking water facilities but the Govt. is not bothered about it. He promised that drinking water would be provided to the people of Mahboobnagar if TDP gets power in the next elections. He told that due to energy crisis, crops have been damaged.

He promised that 10 subsidized LPG cylinders would be provided to the people and orders will be issued to close down wine shops. B.C’s would get 100 tickets for Assembly seats. He would recommend for the classification of S.C’s and for more facilities to S.T’s.

He also promised to implement Sachar Committee report and Mishra Commission’s recommendations. Rs.50, 000 loans to Minorities would be ensured. He promised to establish Islamic Bank in the State.

He reiterated that TDP didn’t oppose the formation of Telangana.

He alleged that in Gadwal, Mr. Baharat Simha Reddy and Ms. D.K. Truna’s families are ruling. They have shares in milk and wine businesses.
