Taking the challenge of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister for a debate on development of Hyderabad and Telangana, Industries Minister Jupally Krishna Rao today dubbed Nara Chandrababu Naidu as a habitual liar.
Interacting with mediapersons here on Thursday, Jupally Krishna Rao accused Naidu of telling lies on Hyderabad development. He said Chandrababu never speaks truth and he is noted for telling lies. Stating that they are ready for a debate on the issue any time and at any place, Jupally refuted Naidu’s claim that he developed Hyderabad. He also said Naidu has no moral right to talk on Telangana martyrs. Neither the Telugu Desam party nor Naidu have right to speak on the TRS government and its policies, he said.
The minister took potshots at the TD president for talking against housing for poor at Osmania University by the TRS government. “The TRS government is now cleansing the garbage dumped by the TDP and time will force them to clean all such leaders if they failed to mend their ways, he said.
Krishna Rao also advised Chandrababu Naidu to make a shift to AP to build his capital instead of overstaying in Telangana State. He flayed Naidu for his previous statement of comparing his rule in Hyderabad resembling foreign rule. The minister ridiculed the TDP chief for trying to get power in Telangana after bifurcation which remains a dream only. The Telangana leaders in the TDP should come out of it if they are true leaders of the region, he suggested. (NSS)
