Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has claimed today that many reputed medical colleges and hospitals will be started in the days to come in the capital city of Amaravathi. He said that 13 Medical colleges will be coming at Amaravathi.
Naidu laid the foundation stone for construction of Amaravati American Institute of Medical Sciences (AAIMS), through video linkage from here. Speaking on the occasion, he said the Indian doctors who migrated to US, are showing interest in setting up best hospitals and medical colleges at the new Capital, and AAIMS is one such institution.
He assured that the government would provide the NRIs the required infrastructure.
He also said that the budget for medical and health was enhanced to provide best medical treatment to the people.(NSS)
