Naidu goes to delhi to explain Maha treatment

Hyderabad, July 26: The political imbroglio on the Maharashtra’s controversial Babli project issue has shifted to the national capital with a Telugu Desam party’s delegation headed by the party Chief, Mr N Chandrababu Naidu, left for New Delhi this morning.

With the Maharashtra government executing the Babli project across the river Godavari in violation of inter-state agreements and Supreme Court verdict, Mr Chandrababu Naidu decided to muster support of all the national Opposition parties at the Centre. The TDP leaders will meet the national leaders and explain to them the atrocious treatment meted out to them by the Maharashtra government.
