AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today condoled the demise of Om Prakash Munjal.
In a statement here today, Chandrababu Naidu stated, “Om Prakash Munjal was a pioneer of cycles in India. He made Hero Cycles, one of the largest makers of Cycles in the world. My deepest condolences,” he stated.
The Chief Minister recalled how O.P. Munjal has started his business with his brothers as a bicycle spare parts shop in Amritsar and grew up to being one of the largest bicycle manufacturers in the world. “His story of hard work inspires everyone,” the Chief Minister added. (NSS)
