Naidu asks T lieutenants to strive for win in 2019 Assembly polls

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP national president N Chandrababu Naidu today asked his Telangana party leaders to work hard unitedly to capture power in 2019 elections in the State.

Chandrababu, who held a meeting with Telangana party leaders, has allayed apprehensions that he was not giving importance to the party affairs in Telangana. He said he did not leave Telangana and he was monitoring party activities regularly. “If I am CM of Andhra Pradesh, it does not mean that I have forgotten Telangana State”, he clarified. He also asked Telangana party leaders not to feel bad and not have any ill-feeling that they are being directed. Naidu said he will guide the party and he is regularly getting information about the party and functioning of its leaders in Telangana State. Stating that he was monitoring functioning of the party in Telangana, Naidu asked his party leaders not to compare everything with Andhra Pradesh.

Later, he explained to his party leaders through laptop about the scheme of LED bulbs being implemented in Visakhapatnam and how the government was saving power and money with the utilization of LED bulbs. (NSS)
