Hyderabad: The YSR Congress Party has welcomed the Centre’s decision to investigate into the revelations of Panama papers of black money, world’s biggest scam. Panama papers in its revelation disclosed that 500 Indians have stashed their money offshore of the country.
Speaking to the media YSRCP official spokesperson Vasireddy Padma said it was a known fact that A P Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu also stashed black money in foreign banks and his name would also come out in the investigation launched by the Centre. “But Chandrababu Naidu always claims that he is Mr Clean”, she said, adding that the scam in the name of construction of new capital city and irregularities during his nine year rule would definitely come to light.
Padma said the Centre should thoroughly investigate into the Panama papers. She hoped that corruption of Chandrababu Naidu would also come out. The YSRCP leader also asked the Chief Minister to reveal his attitude on the projects being constructed on Krishna and Godavari rivers by the Telangana government. (NSS)
